Working as part of a team of enthusiastic and committed staff members and volunteers, you will be an important part of an expanding and well-loved creative recycling community organisation. Volunteers are always supported by staff and do not have key or money handling responsibilities.

We are looking for people who can commit to regular weekly 3 - 4 hour time slots in the ScrapStore once a week, but also those who are able to support ScrapAntics at various events and workshops we have throughout the year.

What We Offer

In return for your time and energy we offer money towards travel costs, snacks/lunch, occasional relevant training opportunities and the chance to be part of a welcoming, friendly and fun team of like minded individuals!

We are also passionate about enabling and supporting long term volunteers to create projects and activities which they would like to organise. If this is something you are interested in we can offer you the opportunity to transform ideas for community projects and events into reality.

We believe that volunteers contribute so much to our organisation and we are committed to
supporting them to gain experience and additional skills. We can help to signpost volunteers to
specialist guidance around developing a CV or other employment advice. We can also provide a reference for future employment opportunities

Please note that ScrapAntics are committed to cultivating a safe environment for vulnerable
