Community
We are led by local needs and passionate about improving opportunities for people across Dundee. Our Family Club supports integration between New Scots and people who have lived in Scotland all their lives. Our weekly group, ScrapThursdays, welcomes between 50 and 180 per day to socialise, meet new people, share food and take part in craft activities together.
Please see below for the different ways you can be involved in ScrapAntics.

Community Wardrobe @ ScrapAntics

Our Community Wardrobe is open every week on Friday mornings to anyone in need, no questions asked. Drop ins are welcome but we recommend booking in advance so that our dedicated team can provide the best possible support. All we need to know is your name and what you're looking for.
The wardrobe contains clothing, household goods, toiletries and food - all donated from the community or our partner organisations. If you'd like to donate to us, please get in touch with Caitlin (caitlin.scrapantics@gmail.com) for our updated wish list.
Please let us know if you are coming and what items you are most in need of by filling in the form below. Thank you
Our Community Space
@ The Wellgate Centre
We would love to host your group or event in our community space. We have a very large, open plan room with plenty of tables and chairs, which is adaptable and can be rearranged to suit different types of workshops and events.
We have had theatre performances, meetings, training sessions, gigs, workshops and play sessions in the space so far! We rent the space on a sliding scale to suit different organisations and include tea, coffee, biscuits and a projector and screen.
Please get in touch to find out more. Visit our whats on page for current events.

Volunteering
ScrapAntics couldn’t exist without our wonderful team of volunteers!
We often have opportunities to volunteer in our ScrapStore, at creative sessions and during events and activity days.
We are not currently seeking volunteers; however this is where all opportunities will be advertised. Please check back or keep an eye on social media, where volunteering call outs are announced.
If you have any specific questions please contact Mhairi, our Volunteer Coordinator at mhairi.scrapantics@gmail.com
Community Steering Group
As we are a community led organisation, we run a steering group who meet a few times each year. At these meetings we discuss the direction ScrapAntics is going in and find out how you, the community, would like to see us evolve.
This allows us to adapt and change what we do in response to the needs of our community and ensure all of our activities are wanted and enjoyed by local communities.
If you are interested in having your voice heard and being part of the direction of ScrapAntics, please get in touch to find out about the next steering group meeting.
