Festival of Light 2022
Free creative packs
The theme for the creative festival is ‘light’. We worked with local artists to produce creative resource packs which were free to access, providing all required materials and inspiration for individuals and families to create their
own works of art. The works of art were to be displayed in people’s windows across the city, creating a city wide community gallery.
We developed four unique creative packs using recycled resources, each designed by local artists. We did an open call out for the artists to create the packs. This call out went through our website and social media channels. The chosen artists then developed their ideas. 400 packs were distributed to people and families throughout Dundee.
